These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Global Energy Method™ website(s) (including www.globalenergymethod.com, globalenergymethod.mykajabi.com, and any related subdomains), online courses, certification programs, digital products, software tools, live sessions, community features, and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Global Energy Method™ (also referred to as “GEM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Lisa Ramos / Global Energy Method.

By accessing, browsing, enrolling in, purchasing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Nature of Services & Important Disclaimers

The Services provide education, training, certification programs, business guidance, and tools in the field of energy healing, holistic wellness, and related personal development topics.
We are not medical professionals. The Global Energy Method™ is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or any licensed healthcare service. Nothing in the Services is intended to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any physical, mental, or emotional condition.
Energy healing and related practices are complementary and alternative approaches. Results vary widely and are not guaranteed. We make no representations or warranties regarding health outcomes, business success, or any other results from participating in the Services.
You agree to consult qualified medical, mental health, or other licensed professionals for any health concerns before, during, or after using the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Registration

Some Services require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services (courses, videos, PDFs, charts, software, live materials, trademarks like “Global Energy Method™” and “G.E.M.,” logos, curricula, business templates) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Upon purchase/enrollment (and subject to full payment), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use only (or, if certified, in accordance with any separate practitioner usage guidelines).
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display/perform, or sell any content without our express written permission.
Recording live sessions or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the specific product’s refund policy.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Kajabi, ThriveCart). You agree to their terms as well.
For certification/business programs promising outcomes, see the separate enrollment agreement for conditions, milestones, and any guarantee terms.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future purchases.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
Harass, impersonate, or harm others in the community/forums.
Share copyrighted materials without permission.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services.
Promote competing products/services without authorization.

We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

7. Community & Live Sessions

Community features (e.g., forums, group calls) are provided “as is.” We do not endorse user-generated content and are not liable for it.
You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any feedback, testimonials, or content you submit for marketing/improvement purposes (unless you opt out in writing).

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for conduct violating these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via email or site notice).
